Freelancer.com Account Suspended Reactivate

It may happen that suddenly your Freelancer.com account gets deactivated..............even happened to me too..........It says  Account Locked due to Security Reasons...............

It mostly is due to violating any of their terms...............like having multiple accounts, posting contact information in bids, improper transactions etc...and many other reasons...................They may not even specify it.............Your Account can get locked and even you may loose your balance...............

But as per my experience, you can get out of this situation and I do believe Freelancer is NOT a Scam...........
You need to properly communicate to them through their customer Service...................Submit a ticket and ask them for the reason this is caused..........
They may ask you to send any government verified identity with high resolution scanned copy and ask them a photo of you holding it............to verify ................

I provided them this and they reactivated my Account.....................

I don't know what they do with it...................but I personally think they want it just for  verification purposes................

So,in such situations,do not panic and cooperate with them........I'm sure with proper communication, you can get your Freelancer.com account reactivated.........and never violate their terms and conditions..........

Disclaimer: I am just sharing my personal opinion and no claims of any kind will be entertained...............

  1. Hi, My name is Jonathan.
Sadyly this issue just happens to me too. First I got account limitation from spamming they said
So I asked them to double check since I didn't do it. And they said they would
But 3 days later they suspended my account (no idea why)

Please tell me what you did to convince them to reinstate your account.
    It will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you & have a nice day
